Alina Grays, founder and president of The Protocol School of North Texas, is a certified etiquette consultant specializing in the refinement of children and young adults. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Texas at Arlington, Ms. Grays went on to attend the prestigious American School of Protocol in Atlanta, Georgia to gain the expertise necessary to instruct others in the art of etiquette. Ms. Grays also serves as the manager of her husband’s general surgery practice.

Ms. Grays believes that knowing the rules of the game makes it much easier to play; and more importantly, having good manners leads to increased self-esteem and confidence.  Her goal is to impart the social and leadership skills necessary to handle a variety of social situations with decorum and elegance. As a mother of two daughters, Ms. Grays hopes to share these skills with her family and yours.
